The CIA's intelligence associations in Pakistan have, in fact, been troubled for many years. When Cathy is discussing the new case of Ebola and learns that the patient helped dig up a body for two "middle-eastern men" both she and the other infectious disease doctor she is speaking with state that they have "no idea" what two middle-eastern men would want with an ebola victim's body.
